Our History
Building on the foundation laid out before us, Pioneer Construction Services is the continuation of two Whatcom county companies. Our leadership team includes Dustin Honcoop from Roosendaal/Honcoop Construction and Paul Coulter from Pioneer Post Frame. We use our combined experience to help clients develop custom projects to suit their home or business growth.
We are a family-owned company with a focus on serving those in our community, providing high quality building services and providing a great place to work for our team members and their families.
PCS, established in 2023, is a continuation of a standard of quality that we have established in work done in this area for the past 20 years.
